Terms and Conditions — 92 Glory

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the 92 Glory platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 92 Glory or subject to any active account restriction.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and update this information promptly if anything changes.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 92 Glory. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

92 Glory reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Verification is a standard platform safety measure, not a reflection on any individual player.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 92 Glory account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested and any communications sent from your account. Responsibility remains with you regardless of whether another person accessed your account with or without your knowledge.

• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Do not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify 92 Glory support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that all personal details on your account remain accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

92 Glory will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain reasonable security of your login credentials.

3. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 92 Glory are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and select mobile wallets. Available deposit methods and minimum deposit amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

• All deposit funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Deposits made in error or reversed by the payment provider may be cancelled. 92 Glory is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These are visible in your account settings and may vary based on your VIP tier.

92 Glory does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer — may apply their own transaction charges. 92 Glory has no control over third-party charges and cannot refund them.

4. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in your own name — the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Withdrawal page. VIP Gold tier and above members receive priority processing.
• Before a withdrawal is processed, any bonus balance subject to wagering requirements must be fully met or the bonus forfeited. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from bonus wagering, once requirements are met, become withdrawable.
• 92 Glory reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a routine security and fraud prevention measure.

Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified, that involve suspected fraud, or that relate to disputed transactions may be placed on hold pending investigation. 92 Glory will communicate the reason for any hold as promptly as possible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

92 Glory offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless an individual promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, not your real-money balance. You must meet the stated wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet before converting bonus winnings. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you must place PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets.
• Bets that contribute to wagering requirements are specified in each bonus offer. Not all game types contribute equally.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unclaimed or unused bonus balance will be forfeited once the expiry period passes.
• One bonus per promotion per account applies. Attempting to claim a bonus via multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and will result in forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• 92 Glory reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions where reasonably possible.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 92 Glory — whether on cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other market — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, edit or reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances except where 92 Glory specifically offers a cash-out feature on a particular market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm a wager.
• 92 Glory reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system errors, or where the integrity of a market is in question. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to slight delays in odds updates. Bets placed on clearly incorrect in-play odds due to technical delay may be voided at the discretion of 92 Glory.
• Cricket and PSL match results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Rain rules, DLS method outcomes and abandoned matches are settled in accordance with the applicable cricket laws and as stated in individual market rules.
• Multiple bets (accumulators) require all individual selections to win for the bet to return a payout. Each selection within an accumulator is subject to its individual market rules.

7. VIP Programme

The 92 Glory VIP programme rewards consistent players with weekly PKR cashback and tier benefits. Participation in the VIP programme is automatic for all registered players. Tier progression is based on cumulative loyalty points earned from qualifying real-money bets across all sections of the platform.

• VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each carry a defined weekly cashback percentage applied to net losses in the preceding week.
• Cashback is credited every Monday in PKR with no wagering requirement. It can be withdrawn immediately or used on any part of the platform.
• Loyalty points accumulate over time. Tier downgrades are not applied on a monthly basis — your tier reflects your overall cumulative activity.
• VIP benefits, tier thresholds and cashback percentages may be updated by 92 Glory. Registered players will be informed of any material changes to the programme structure.
• Abusing the VIP programme — including attempting to generate artificial wagering volume to inflate tier status — is a violation of these terms and will result in tier adjustment and possible account suspension.

8. Responsible Gaming

92 Glory is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting and gaming on this platform are intended as entertainment for adults. They are not a method of generating income, and they are not appropriate for anyone who cannot afford to lose the amounts they wager.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: You can set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period. These reminders are designed to encourage breaks and prevent extended uninterrupted play.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from the platform, you can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or a permanent exclusion through account settings or by contacting support. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and you will not be able to register a new account.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92 Glory and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Using any automated software, bot, script or system to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit bonus offers.
• Match-fixing, manipulating sporting events or having access to insider information about outcomes when placing bets.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing limits or evading a previous suspension.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, or disputed transactions to retain deposits or winnings.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches. Any winnings generated through exploitation of known errors will be voided.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws including money laundering or fraud.

92 Glory uses automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited activity. Investigations are conducted thoroughly before any punitive action is taken against an account. However, where evidence of serious abuse is present, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

92 Glory may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Confirmed duplicate account activity.
• At your own request — account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your registered payment method after verification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balances or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that were not associated with the prohibited activity may be returned at the discretion of 92 Glory following investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, self-exclusion is available as a faster and more structured alternative.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92 Glory platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game content and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 92 Glory or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• The 92 Glory name and logo are brand identifiers. Unauthorised use of the brand in any context is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

92 Glory operates the platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures and events outside our control — including payment processor outages or internet service disruptions — may occasionally affect platform availability.

• 92 Glory is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 92 Glory is not responsible for the accuracy of odds published in error. Such odds may be corrected or affected bets voided without liability.
• 92 Glory is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 92 Glory's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the 92 Glory Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

92 Glory uses your data to administer your account, process transactions, fulfil regulatory obligations, detect fraud, and communicate with you about your account and available promotions. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Changes to These Terms

92 Glory reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were most recently updated.

Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
